This policy covers the game Escape Everlit (“the game”) by Lantao Studio on Steam (PC) and Google Play (Android), and this website.
We do not collect personal information
The game has no accounts, no ads, and no analytics or tracking. It does not send any information about you or how you play to us or to anyone else.
Data stored on your device
Save files and settings are stored only on your device. Uninstalling the game or clearing its data deletes them. Platform features such as Steam Cloud, where available and enabled, are provided by the platform under its own privacy policy.
Purchases
On Android, the first part of the game is free and the rest is unlocked with a one-time in-app purchase through Google Play. Payment is handled entirely by Google; we never see your payment details. The game only asks Google Play on your device whether the full game has been purchased and remembers the answer on your device. Purchases and achievements on Steam are handled by Valve.

Internet access
The Android version uses the internet only to communicate with Google Play for purchases. The PC version uses Steam for achievements.
If you contact us
If you email us (for example, through the feedback button in the game), we receive your email address and your message and use them only to reply to you. We do not share them. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Children
The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from children.
This website
This website does not use cookies or analytics. Your language choice is saved in your browser only. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which may process technical information such as your IP address to deliver and protect the site (Cloudflare Privacy Policy).

本ゲームにはアカウント、広告、アクセス解析やトラッキングの機能はありません。お客様やプレイ状況に関する情報を、当方やその他の第三者に送信することはありません。
端末に保存されるデータ
セーブデータと設定は、お客様の端末内にのみ保存されます。ゲームをアンインストールするか、ゲームのデータを消去すると削除されます。Steam クラウドなどのプラットフォームの機能（利用可能で有効な場合）は、各プラットフォームが自身のプライバシーポリシーに基づいて提供するものです。
購入について
Android 版では、ゲームの序盤を無料でプレイでき、残りの内容は Google Play の買い切り型アプリ内購入で解放されます。支払いはすべて Google が処理し、当方がお客様の支払い情報を見ることはありません。本ゲームは、製品版が購入済みかどうかをお客様の端末上で Google Play に確認し、その結果を端末内に記録するだけです。Steam での購入と実績は Valve が処理します。

Android 版がインターネットに接続するのは、購入のために Google Play と通信するときだけです。PC 版は実績機能のために Steam を利用します。
